The Inside Sales Representative based in our Mississauga location will be a key support for our outside sales team
and serve as a primary point of contact for customers. This role requires strong communication and
organizational skills, with a dedication to providing exceptional service. Employee will handle customer
questions, provide product and pricing information, and coordinate with suppliers to find and cross reference
items to meet customer needs. This position helps maintain positive customer relationships and
contributes to the success of our sales operations. Industry knowledge is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a strong understanding of our product
offerings and customer base.
Tasks:
• Assist outside sales representatives by managing customer inquiries, order submissions, and
account information.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer support by phone, including answering questions on
products, pricing, and inventory availability from manufacturers.
• Accurately enter and submit customer orders, coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth
processing and fulfillment.
• Help cross-reference and locate products to fulfill customer needs, leveraging inventory systems
and supplier information.
• Provide customers with current pricing, availability, and product options, helping to answer
questions and guide purchasing decisions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, support order follow-up, and ensure accurate
documentation.
• Work closely with the outside sales and other internal teams to share information, support sales
activities, and meet customer needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability
to manage a variety of inside sales and customer service tasks. Ideally, they must communicate effectively via
phone and email while handling customer inquiries, quotes, and purchase orders with professionalism and
accuracy. Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and working within inventory or supplier systems is
essential. Flexibility is key, as responsibilities range from supporting the sales process and order follow up
to collaborating across departments and assisting with occasional warehouse coordination.
* Ideally, minimal of three to five years inside sales or related experience within the electrical industry.

Lines of Communication:
As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, clear, professional, and timely communication
is essential to supporting internal sales teams and ensuring a positive customer experience. The employee
will report directly to the President and VP of Business Development, or other designated supervisors as
required. Lines of communication may evolve based on team structure and operational priorities.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, on-site position, working a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00
AM to 4:30 PM.
